CAROLINA PANTHERS INSPIRED iPHONE

The Carolina Panthers QB Cam Newton has been called a petulant child on the NFL channel by Brian Billick, called a lot worse on various blogs, and called the unrepeatable on Twitter.  If you're a Carolina Panthers fan, you might want to insulate your phone from the onslaught of abuse by wrapping that rascal.  Check out these offerings, and do it in style.

CHICAGO BEARS INSPIRED iPHONE CASE

The Chicago Bears won their fourth straight game, beating the dregs of the NFC North last night on Monday Night Football (MNF), 13-7.  Detroit's Ndamukong Suh gave the Bears a scare when he administered a bit of beating to QB Jay Cutler, sacking him in dramatic fashion in the second quarter.

Some call Suh's sack excessive, others applaud the physicality.  Was it a good hit or not?  You make the call.

HOUSTON TEXANS INSPIRED iPHONE

The Houston Texans beat the snot out of the Ray-Ray-less Baltimore Ravens, to the tune of  43-13.  At 6-1, the Texans own the best record in the AFC.

Immediately following the win, Coach Gary Kubiak apparently had an awe inspiring locker room speech.  I wanted to check it out, but I seem to be having technical issues with my PC and haven't been able to watch it.  If I was smart and had an iPhone, I would have just checked it out there.

If you have an iPhone, or planning on getting an iPhone 5, you might want to jump on the Texans bandwagon by getting a Houston Texans inspired cover.  Whether you get one from Zazzle or not, is totally your call.

49ERS SEEK REVENGE, SOMEBODY CALL A DOCTOR

So, unless you've been spending entirely too much time outside of your man cave, suffering from dementia, or dead, you know that the San Francisco 49ers take on the Super Bowl champions today.

If you're with us, the living, but are in need of some cardiopulmonary resuscitation, then today's tilt between the World Champion New York Giants and the San Francisco Giants could certainly do the trick.

Professional Armchair Quarterbacks, New York Armchair Quarterbacks, San Francisco Armchair Quarterbacks and fans across the NFL, are in for a real October treat when the teams collide in a rematch of last years' NFC Championship game.

The Giants squeaked out a 20-17 win, in overtime, to go on to the Super Bowl after Kyle Williams' second muffed punt return setup the game winning field goal.

The 49ers are looking to avenge that bitter loss.  Should be a good one.

PHILADELPHIA EAGLES INSPIRED iPHONE 5 CASE

Viewing Sunday night's matchup between the Super Bowl champion New York Giants and the Philadelphia Eagles, in Philly, from the comfort of my armchair, at home, promises to be the perfect way to end the weekend.

Although the G-men have ruled Hakeem Nicks out the game tonight, they will be looking for WR Ramses Barden to have a big game.  He stepped up for them last week against the Panthers with a 9 catch 138 yard breakout game, and according to a reliable Philadelphia Armchair Quarterback that I spoke to, will need to have a similar performance tonight.  If not, the Eagles might be able to simply phone it in.

BALTIMORE RAVENS INSPIRED iPHONE CASE

The Baltimore Ravens, with WR Torrey Smith leading the way, beat the New England Patriots, 31-30 last night in a back-and-forth affair last night.  The game ended in dramatic fashion when K Justin Tucker nailed the game winner as time expired.

Not sure if Torrey Smith received any congratulations or additional condolences after the game, but if he had, maybe he received one from an iPhone 5 featuring the Baltimore Armchair Quarterback logo.
