TENNESSEE TITANS ARMCHAIR QUARTERBACK BUTTON

Tennessee Titans WR O.J. Murdock committed suicide.  Police in Tampa found Murdock, still alive, around 8:30 a.m. inside his car with what appeared to be a self-inflicted gunshot wound. The incident took place in front of Middleton High School, where Murdock made a name for himself as a football star and state champion sprinter in track and field.

According to an article in the Atlanta Black
Star, He was taken to Tampa General Hospital, where he later was pronounced dead. The Titans reported that Murdock did not report to training camp over  because of what it called a “personal issue.”

Various outlets have reported that the reserve WR had spent the last year battling back from an Achilles injury as he prepared for this year’s training camp.

However, there was no official word about possible reasons for O.J. Murdock to take his own life.
